A Heart Healthy Day at the Saugus Council on Aging
Today our very own Karen Halloran, Community Marketing Director had a Heart Healthy table at the Saugus Council on Aging where she provided heart health tips, facts, and information about our Cardiopulmonary Care Program here at our Chestnut Woods. Chester our Health Elf is missing the North Pole however he was able to hitch a ride on one of our Reindeers’ today which made him feel a little less homesick!
